All sales of web products are guaranteed to ship via UPS Ground service within 3-5 days of order placement. You will receive an order confirmation via email. Please refer to your order number if there is a need to contact us. We make every effort to complete all orders in total, however if there is a back order item you will also be notified. #2) Shipping Options
At the time of checkout, you may change your shipping options to various rush options such as next day air, etc. Extra shipping charges will apply if you select to change from ground UPS. Please see our Pricing Schedule at checkout for a detailed list of shipping charges. Minimum shipping is for ground UPS.
#3) Purchases with credit cards
All purchases of online products are payable through Armadillo Press (our parent company). Leaping Antelope Productions is an imprint of Armadillo Press. All credit card information is processed through our secure server.
#4) Return Policy
Any product purchased via our web store will need an RA authorization number from us to qualify for a full refund. Please call for this number. We will ask questions and need valid reasons for your return. Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original shipping cartons and packaging and be undamaged. Upon receipt of your shipment we will then notify you if a full refund is possible. Refunds are credited to your credit card account that was used for the original purchase.
#5) Privacy Policy
We do not share your personal or purchasing information with anyone. All information about you or your account with us is strictly confidential. We do not keep a record or database of credit card information on our site. All credit card purchases are secure and are processed through Cartmanager. Funds are cleared through Authorize Net and payable to Armadillo Press, our parent company.
